Last updated: 1 May 2026 — applies to use of odqz.online and all engagements
1. About these Terms
These Terms govern your use of the ODQZ website (odqz.online) and any services you engage from ODQZ Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or commissioning work from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services we provide
ODQZ provides brand identity, web design and development, and ongoing digital retainer services to businesses and individuals in Pakistan and abroad. The exact scope of each engagement is defined in a written Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties before any work begins.
3. Engagements & quotes
All quotes provided through this website or by email are valid for 30 days from issue. A signed SOW and 50% deposit are required before any work commences. The remaining balance is invoiced according to the milestones defined in the SOW.
4. Payments
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Accepted methods include PayFast (cards, RAAST, JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank accounts) and direct bank transfer. Late payments accrue 1.5% interest per month after 30 days overdue. Persistent non-payment may result in suspension of work and retention of unreleased deliverables.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment of the engagement fee, all ownership rights to the final approved deliverables transfer to the client. ODQZ retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless explicitly waived in writing. Working files, sketches, and rejected concepts remain the property of ODQZ.
6. Revisions & changes
Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the SOW. Additional rounds beyond that are billed at our hourly consulting rate of PKR 8,000 per hour. Significant changes to the project scope require a written addendum to the SOW.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information shared during an engagement as confidential. We will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement at no extra cost when one is required by the client.
8. Liability
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, business, or data.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. The client remains liable for fees corresponding to work completed up to the termination date plus any unrecoverable third-party costs already committed (such as stock photography licences or hosting fees).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Punjab, Pakistan.
11. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
