We make considered work for considered brands.
ODQZ is an independent brand and digital studio based in Taunsa Sharif, Punjab. We partner with founders, operators, and in-house teams to build identities, websites, and the systems that hold them together — quietly, slowly, and with care.
A handful of partnerships, chosen with care.
Three areas, one studio.
The foundation: who you are, before the world meets you.
For founders launching something new and teams whose visual language has stopped keeping up with their ambition.

How we work.
Listening,
before drawing.
Every engagement opens with a structured discovery phase — usually two to three weeks of stakeholder conversations, audit work, and reading. We've never solved a brand problem we didn't first take the time to understand.
Strategy
as a written thing.
We document. Positioning, audience, voice, visual direction — all of it written down before a single pixel moves. Strategy that lives only in someone's head doesn't survive the project.
Craft, in
a slow hand.
We work in small teams of two to three on each engagement. No account managers, no telephone. The people designing the work are the people you talk to about it. That's not a feature — it's the only way we know how to be good.
Care
that continues.
Most projects roll into a retainer. New brand systems need maintenance, websites need iteration, growth needs attention. We stay close to the brands we launch — that's where most of our time actually goes.
A small studio, by design.
Today we're a team of six designers, developers, and writers based out of a quiet studio in Taunsa Sharif, working with clients across Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and abroad. We work with a deliberately small client list — typically four to six concurrent engagements — split between project work and ongoing retainers.
Most of our clients come through referral. We turn down more work than we take. That isn't false modesty; it's how we keep the quality where we want it.
If you're a founder, an in-house brand lead, or an operator at a company that takes its work seriously, we'd like to hear from you.
They treated our brand the way we wished we could — calmly, slowly, with a level of taste that we just didn't have in-house. The new identity has held up across every surface we've put it on.Ayesha Karim

What stood out was the writing. Every deliverable came with reasoning attached. Two years in, the system they built still answers most of our internal questions on its own.Hamza Yousaf

your project.
How we handle your information.
1. Information we collect
When you contact us through the form on this site or by email, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, email address, company name, and a description of your project. We also collect basic anonymous analytics about how visitors use this website (pages visited, country, device type) using standard tools.
2. How we use this information
We use the contact information you submit only to respond to your inquiry and, if we begin a working relationship, to communicate about the engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Payment information
If you become a client, payments are processed through PayFast Pakistan, our authorised payment gateway, or via direct bank transfer. We do not store credit card or banking information on our systems. PayFast handles all card data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards as regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan.
4. Data retention
Inquiry messages are retained for up to 24 months. Client project records are retained for 7 years to comply with Pakistani tax and accounting regulations. After that period, data is permanently deleted.
5. Cookies
This website uses minimal cookies — only those necessary for basic functionality and anonymous analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of any information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@odqz.online. We will respond within 14 working days.

The terms of working together.
1. About these Terms
These Terms govern your use of the ODQZ website (odqz.online) and any services you engage from ODQZ Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or commissioning work from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services we provide
ODQZ provides brand identity, web design and development, and ongoing digital retainer services to businesses and individuals in Pakistan and abroad. The exact scope of each engagement is defined in a written Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties before any work begins.
3. Engagements & quotes
All quotes provided through this website or by email are valid for 30 days from issue. A signed SOW and 50% deposit are required before any work commences. The remaining balance is invoiced according to the milestones defined in the SOW.
4. Payments
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Accepted methods include PayFast (cards, RAAST, JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank accounts) and direct bank transfer. Late payments accrue 1.5% interest per month after 30 days overdue. Persistent non-payment may result in suspension of work and retention of unreleased deliverables.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment of the engagement fee, all ownership rights to the final approved deliverables transfer to the client. ODQZ retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless explicitly waived in writing. Working files, sketches, and rejected concepts remain the property of ODQZ.
6. Revisions & changes
Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the SOW. Additional rounds beyond that are billed at our hourly consulting rate of PKR 8,000 per hour. Significant changes to the project scope require a written addendum to the SOW.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information shared during an engagement as confidential. We will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement at no extra cost when one is required by the client.
8. Liability
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, business, or data.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. The client remains liable for fees corresponding to work completed up to the termination date plus any unrecoverable third-party costs already committed (such as stock photography licences or hosting fees).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Punjab, Pakistan.
11. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Refunds, cancellations & what to expect.
Because we provide custom professional services rather than physical products, our refund policy reflects how design and development work is typically billed and delivered.
1. Project deposits
The 50% deposit required to begin a project is partially refundable if the client cancels before any creative or development work has commenced. In that case, an administrative charge of PKR 15,000 will be retained to cover the discovery call, scoping, and account setup, and the remainder will be returned within 7 working days.
2. After work has commenced
Once design or development work has begun on the engagement, the deposit becomes non-refundable. If the project is cancelled mid-way, the client is invoiced for any work completed beyond the deposit value, calculated at our standard hourly rate of PKR 8,000 per hour. All deliverables produced up to that point are handed over upon settlement.
3. Retainer cancellation
Monthly retainers require a six-month minimum commitment. After that period, retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current month if cancellation is requested mid-month; the retainer continues for the remainder of that billing cycle, after which it ends.
4. Dissatisfaction with deliverables
Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds. If after using the included revisions the client is still dissatisfied, we will work with them in good faith to either revise the deliverable further at our expense, agree on a partial refund, or terminate the engagement amicably. We have always preferred a frank conversation to a contractual dispute.
5. Online payments & chargebacks
Refunds for payments made via PayFast (cards, RAAST, JazzCash, Easypaisa) are processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days, subject to PayFast's processing timelines. The client agrees not to initiate a chargeback for any work that has been delivered and accepted in line with the SOW.
6. How to request a refund or cancellation
Any refund or cancellation request should be raised in writing to billing@odqz.online with the engagement reference number and the reason for the request. We commit to acknowledging within 48 working hours and resolving within 10 working days where possible.
How services are delivered.
ODQZ delivers digital design and development services. We do not ship physical goods, so the standard concept of postal "shipping" does not apply. The following describes how our service deliverables are made available to clients.
1. Engagement timelines
Every engagement begins with a written Statement of Work that includes a project timeline with key milestones. Typical timelines are:
- Brand identity engagement — 6 to 8 weeks
- Marketing website — 8 to 12 weeks
- E-commerce or product UI — 12 to 16 weeks
- Retainer engagements — ongoing, monthly cycles
- One-off services (audits, refreshes) — 2 to 4 weeks
2. Delivery channels
All work products are delivered digitally. Specifically:
- Design files via Figma share links or direct download from a private cloud folder
- Brand guidelines as a downloadable PDF document
- Source files and assets via a zipped archive on Google Drive or Dropbox
- Websites deployed directly to the client's hosting environment with admin handoff
- Retainer outputs delivered through a shared monthly folder and weekly status emails
3. Communication during the engagement
Throughout the engagement, the assigned project lead is available via email and scheduled video calls. We do not communicate via WhatsApp during working hours unless specifically requested by the client. Standard response time is one working day.
4. Working hours & holidays
Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 18:30 Pakistan Standard Time (PKT). We observe Pakistani public holidays, which may extend timelines by one or two days during major events such as Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, and Independence Day. Clients are notified in writing in advance of any holiday-related delays.
5. Hosting & ongoing access
For website projects, the client owns and pays for their own hosting and domain. We assist with setup but do not host client websites on our infrastructure unless a hosting retainer is in place.
6. Acceptance & handoff
Each milestone deliverable is reviewed by the client. The client has 7 working days to provide feedback or accept the deliverable. If no response is received within 7 working days, the deliverable is considered accepted by default and the engagement moves to the next milestone.
7. Post-delivery support
All projects include 30 days of post-delivery support for bug fixes and minor tweaks at no additional charge. Beyond that period, additional work is billed at our hourly rate or covered under a maintenance retainer.
8. Physical shipping
If an engagement involves physical deliverables — for example printed brand guidelines, signage, or packaging samples — these are shipped via TCS or Leopards Courier within Pakistan, with tracking provided. Shipping outside Pakistan is arranged via DHL or FedEx and is quoted separately. Standard delivery within Pakistan is 3 to 5 working days from despatch.
